Terms & Conditions MB8 Online — Agreement for Use of Malaysia's Entertainment Platform

In these MB8 Online Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings as defined:

• "MB8 Online" / "Platform" / "We" — refers to the online entertainment platform accessible via mb8online.best and all associated subdomains.
• "Member" / "Player" / "You" — refers to any individual who has registered an account with MB8 Online and is using our services.
• "Account" — refers to the personal account registered by a Member on the MB8 Online platform.
• "Games" — encompasses all slots, casino table games, jackpots, roulette, Sports Betting, live match betting, e-sports, and any other form of wagering entertainment available on the platform.
• "Account Balance" — the total amount in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) held in a member's Account, including cash balance and eligible bonus balance.
• "Bonus" — any credit, free spins, cashback or promotional incentive granted by MB8 Online to a Member in accordance with the relevant promotion terms.
• "Rollover" / "Wagering Requirement" — the minimum wagering requirement that must be met before a bonus or associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• "RTP" (Return to Player) — the average percentage of wagered money returned to players over the long term for a given slot or table game.

To register and use the MB8 Online platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be 18 years of age or older as of the date of registration. MB8 Online does not permit underage individuals to use our platform under any circumstances.
• You must be an individual residing in Malaysia or holding valid authorisation to use online betting services.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement.

• Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account only at MB8 Online. Multiple account registrations (multi-accounting) are strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all accounts involved along with forfeiture of all balances and winnings.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. MB8 Online will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account if you have shared or failed to protect your login credentials.
• You must notify MB8 Online immediately via email at support@mb8online.best if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
• Identity verification (KYC) may be required before your first withdrawal or upon reaching certain limits. Documents that may be requested include a valid copy of your identity card or passport.

MB8 Online supports a range of popular and trusted deposit methods in Malaysia. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only.

• MB8 Online does not charge any additional fees for all deposit methods listed above. Any fees that may be imposed by payment service providers (eWallet or bank) are beyond our control.
• Valid deposit funds will be credited to your Account Balance within the stated timeframe. If a deposit does not appear within the expected period, please contact our customer support team with proof of the transaction.
• MB8 Online reserves the right to decline deposits suspected of involving illicit funds or fraudulent activity. We comply with all applicable anti-money laundering (AML) legal requirements.
• The account used for deposits must be registered under the same name as the MB8 Online account holder. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

MB8 Online is committed to processing all valid withdrawal requests promptly and efficiently. The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction. There is no maximum limit for standard withdrawals; however, withdrawals exceeding RM 50,000 may require additional processing time of up to 3 business days.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or eWallet registered under the same name as the MB8 Online account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited, without exception.
• Prior to your first withdrawal, or when cumulative withdrawals exceed a certain threshold, identity verification (KYC) may be required. This is a standard industry procedure to safeguard your funds.
• Any bonus balance that has not met the rollover requirements cannot be withdrawn — only cash balances that have satisfied the requirements are eligible for withdrawal.
• MB8 Online reserves the right to suspend or reject a withdrawal if there is suspicious activity, a breach of Terms & Conditions, or an ongoing investigation. You will be notified within a reasonable timeframe if your withdrawal is placed on hold.

MB8 Online offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in each promotional offer, as well as the following general conditions:

• Welcome Bonus: New MB8 Online members are eligible for a first deposit bonus of up to RM 500. This bonus is subject to a minimum rollover requirement of 20x (twenty times) the combined deposit and bonus amount, to be completed within 30 days from the date the bonus is credited.
• Free Spins: Free spins are issued with a fixed bet value (typically RM 0.20 per spin). Winnings from free spins may be subject to separate rollover requirements as specified in the offer terms.
• Weekly Cashback: 5% Cashback is calculated based on net losses within a week (Monday to Sunday) and credited every Tuesday. Cashback carries no rollover requirement and may be withdrawn directly.
• Each member is entitled to receive each type of bonus once only (except recurring promotions such as cashback). Any attempt to claim the same bonus more than once through multiple accounts or other means is a serious violation.

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are considered accepted once a confirmation appears on screen. Accepted bets cannot be cancelled by members except through the Cash Out feature, which is available for selected matches.
• Odds Changes: Odds for MB8 Online live match betting are updated in real time and may change every few seconds. The applicable odds are those displayed at the moment the bet is confirmed by the system.
• Postponed / Cancelled Matches: If a match is postponed and not resumed within 24 hours, all pre-match bets for that match will be voided and stakes refunded. Live bets that have been partially completed may be settled based on the result of the concluded portion.
• Parlay Bets: For accumulator bets, all selections must win for the bet to be considered a winner. If any single match within the accumulator is cancelled, that selection will be counted as "1.00" (void) and the bet adjusted accordingly.

To keep the MB8 Online platform safe and fair for all members, the following behaviours are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate action, including account suspension and forfeiture of balances:

• Money Laundering: Using the MB8 Online platform for money laundering or any other illicit financial activity is strictly prohibited and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to exploit bonuses through multiple account registrations, use of another person's account, artificial bet coordination, or any other dishonest method constitutes a serious violation.
• Use of Automated Software: The use of bots, automation software, AI, or any automated tools to play games or place bets is strictly prohibited.
• Collusion: Any form of collusion between two or more members to manipulate game outcomes or betting results is strictly prohibited.
• Exploiting Technical Errors: If you become aware of any technical error in the MB8 Online system — including clearly inaccurate odds or payment errors — you are required to notify us immediately. Exploiting such errors constitutes a violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Threats or Harassment: Any form of threats, harassment, or abusive behaviour directed at our support team or other members is strictly prohibited.

MB8 Online reserves the right to close or freeze a member's account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Proven to have provided false information during registration or the KYC process.
• Engaging in any of the conduct outlined in Section 9.
• Upon request by the relevant legal authorities.
• At the member's own request via the self-exclusion option within the platform.

Members may also close their own accounts at any time by contacting the MB8 Online support team. Prior to closure, all eligible cash balances must be withdrawn. Any bonus balances that have not met the rollover requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

The MB8 Online platform is provided "as is". While we make every effort to keep the platform stable and reliable, the following applies with regard to our liability:

• MB8 Online is not liable for any losses incurred due to internet disruptions, device failures or technical issues beyond our control.
• MB8 Online is not responsible for betting decisions made by members. All decisions to place bets are entirely the member's own personal responsibility.

• MB8 Online's total liability to any member shall not exceed the amount of the cash balance held in that member's account at the time the claim is made.
